Along with his entire family having a background in construction, Mo acquired his education in England, where he received his engineering degree, his water/waste technology degree and also was certified with a plumbing and heating license. In England he began working as a site engineer, and in 1978 he became a construction manager. While in England, he developed a European appreciation for high quality workmanship.
